Lego机器人营和西班牙语营

为了让孩子们的夏令营生活更加丰富多彩，明朗夏令营和 Mainline Angel Education (MAE) 合办的机器人营和西班牙语营重磅推出！这两个夏令营的营址和明朗夏令营的营址一样：45 Walker Rd, Wayne, PA 19087。新的夏令营和明朗夏令营是可以一起搭配组合报名的。

Lego机器人营 6/19-6/30 （2个星期）

初级班，中级班均为8岁及以上的学生均可报名。学生可以最少一个星期报名。

NEW: Lego Robotics (For Ages 8 and Up)

6/19 - 6/30, Beginner Level in the morning, Intermediate Level in the afternoon.

Supplies: The student needs to purchase the kit and the book.

Can register for a single week or both weeks together.

Registration for this class is through Mainline Angel Education.

Instructor: Ryan

This course involves understanding the components of a robot, the functioning of a robot, and the building and programming of a robot. Instructor Ryan is a high school senior who was a team lead for Robotic competition teams (FLL and FTC). His FLL team was invited to the regional championship multiple times and achieved the best programming award. His FTC robotic team advanced to the state level in its first year.

Instructor: Tian Meng

Ms. Tian Meng is a bilingual teacher originally from China, where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in Spanish language and literature. She worked as a Chinese-Spanish translator at the China National School of Administration, was an exchange student in Spain, and has rich experience teaching and working with children and students with diverse cultures and ethnic backgrounds. In 2019, Tian earned her master's degree in Instructional Design and Technology. Tian’s teaching design is based on situated learning and using highly interactive activities to help students reach their goals more efficiently, especially in communication proficiency.
